Service Description

Misty offers a variety of workshops and presentations including but not limited to managing stress in the workplace, regulating the nervous system, understanding and processing compassion fatigue along with overall wellness essentials. An effective health and wellness program for the workplace needs to offer services that focus on all aspects of the employee. Seventy percent of our wellness is related to our belief system while 30% is linked to the medical model. These services help employers provide effective wellness programs for their employees. Presentations are typically 2 hours in length and allow for an interactive experience. Workshops are available and developed based on individual needs of each organization.
